Standard Operating Procedure 

Purpose and Scope 

This SOP establishes the minimum requirements to qualify for any bonus offered during the course of employment.  

Policy 

Bonuses are not guaranteed 

 

Employees must meet minimum eligibility criteria in order to qualify for any type of bonus at the time the bonus is determined. The minimum eligibility criteria include the following:  

 


  • Complete all required onboarding training (e.g. fraud, waste, abuse, HIPPA, and role specific training). 

  • Continuing education training by the specified deadlines (as applicable). 

  • Adherence to company policies as set forth in the mandatory training, certifications, and attestations  

  • Be actively employed at the time of bonus disbursement. 

  • Be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or disciplinary action). 

  • Meet or exceed the individual's designated KPIs or metrics, such as: 

  • Productivity goals 

  • Quality benchmarks 

  • Customer satisfaction scores (if applicable) 

  • Timeliness, attendance, and task completion 

  • Team collaboration and behavioral expectations
